2.2 What we provide to you. Donor International ( DI)   is a Platform on which a number of International Fertility Clinics/ Centres highlight their own services and personal websites. DI is merely a Presentation Platform and does not provide any direct services apart from on request from a user of the Platform to introduce them via website link or email/ telephone  to Clinics highlighted on the website. DI makes no recommendations to any user of the Platform but is a conduit through which they can contact anyone of their choice of the Clinics listed on the website.  How to contact us. 2.4 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so either via telephone or by writing to you at the email address,or  postal address you have previously provided to us.

2.5 “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these Terms, this includes emails.

3. Our Agreement with you

3.1 Our website is solely for the purposes of creating awareness of the Clinics/ Centres based Overseas.

3.2 DI makes no representations about the service quality of any Clinic listed on the DI website and it is the full responsibility of the user of the Platform to satisfy themselves on the services to be provided by any Clinic/Centre.

3.3 It is acknowledged by the User of the Platform that the DI website is merely an awareness creation Site and that when they interact with any overseas Clinic/Centre through our Site, the specific Clinics website/ learn more link becomes responsible legally  for any services which are being represented to be undertaken by that Clinic/Centre under their specific website/link

3.4 It is acknowledged by the User of the Platform ( “ User “) that DI provides no direct or indirect services associated with The Clinic/Centre with the exception of connecting by email/phone  the User to one of the Clinics/Centres  but only at the specific request of the User .

3.5 The terms and conditions of Clinics/Centres detailed on our website are  set out in their Learn More Link and   will apply to any services which they may provide to the  User of the Platform. Please carefully read these terms and conditions.

4 Providing access to our services

4.1 Your use of our services is governed by our Website Terms and Conditions of Use. Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you.

4.2 You can access our services through our website.

4.3 Technical or security threats or issues affecting our website or its infrastructure may require us to suspend services in order to ensure it is secure and/or operating optimally. We will minimise these suspensions.

5.2 The Clinics/Centres detailed on our website their Liability.

 The Clinics/Centres detailed on our website are  fully responsible for all Treatments and other services that are provided to you by them and will be fully and soley liable. At all times you should check to ensure that any Clinic/Centre detailed on our website has insurance for any claims that you may have against them. All Treatments and other services provided to you by any Clinic/Centre  will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of that specific clinic/Centre  and DI insofar as possible under applicable laws, guidance or regulations, disclaims liability for the performance of such Treatments or other services.

6. How we may use your personal information

6.1 We need to collect some information from you in order to be able to provide DI services to you. It is important that the information you provide to us is correct. 6.2 The Clinics/Centres detailed on this website  will also collect and use your personal information and will also let you know how they will handle your data. You should refer to their privacy policies/data protection notices as well to understand how your information will be used.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The contents of our website at www.donorinternational.com are protected by copyright, trade-marks, database rights and other intellectual property rights, as are any educational or informative materials (“Educational Materials”) we give to you (including but not limited to webinars, workshops, podcasts and the like). All intellectual property rights in the website, the Educational Materials, our brand and the Donor International  logo throughout the world (“our IPR”) belong to us. You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, our IPR other than the right to use them in accordance with these Terms. The logo and branding of our Clinic/Centre Providers and other business partners are trade-marks and/or owned by such parties.

7.2 You may retrieve and display the content of website / services on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print such content for your own personal use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the website, materials or content on our website, or for sale from the website, or the Educational Materials without written permission from us.
